Comprehensive Dental Coverage through VACE+

Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes that good dental care is essential for a healthy lifestyle. In partnership with VACE+ and Northeast Delta Dental, we are excited to offer a dental plan with exclusive benefits for Chamber Members.

Dental Plan Highlights

  • Preventive Care: 100% coverage for cleanings, evaluations, bitewing, and panoramic X-rays.
  • Basic Restorative Services: 80% coverage for oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, denture repair, and emergency treatments.
  • Major Restorative Services: 50% coverage for dentures, crowns, and implants.
  • Orthodontics: 50% coverage.
  • Annual Maximum: $2,000 (the highest available).
  • Copays: None!

How to Enroll

  1. Complete the VACE+ Joinder Form.
  2. Each employee must fill out the Dental Enrollment Form.
  3. Calculate the total monthly premium based on the selected coverage type (single, couple, family).
  4. Calculate the monthly premium based on coverage type (single, couple, family).
  5. Mail the first month’s premium to:

  6. Email Forms: Submit the Joinder and Enrollment forms to vacebenefits@vtchamber.com.

Vision Insurance

Hartford Chamber of Commerce and VACE+ also offer DeltaVision, a comprehensive vision plan for Chamber Members in collaboration with Northeast Delta Dental. This plan provides routine eye exams and an annual allowance for materials, using the nationwide EyeMed Access network.

DeltaVision Plan Highlights

  • Comprehensive Eye Exam and Materials: Once every 12 months, $10 copay for each.
  • Contact Lens Fit and Follow-Up: $55 copay.
  • Allowance: $180 towards frames or contact lenses annually.
  • Additional Discounts: 20% off the balance, 15% off retail for Laser Vision Correction.
  • Plastic Lens Copay: $10, with enhancements ranging from $15-$75.

How to Enroll

  1. Complete the VACE+ Joinder Form.
  2. Each employee opting in must fill out the Vision Enrollment Form.
  3. Calculate the monthly premium based on coverage type (single, couple, family).

HACC and VACE+ have partnered with Pin Paws to offer exclusive access to pet insurance through MetLife at discounted rates for Chamber Members’ employees. Protect your furry family members with comprehensive coverage that can be customized to your needs.

Pet Insurance Highlights

  1. Coverage for Cats and Dogs of all ages and breeds.
  2. No Initial Exam or Past Vet Records required.
  3. Accident Coverage starts at midnight.
  4. Customizable Options: Choose your deductible, reimbursement percentage, and annual payout.

Employees purchase pet insurance directly through Pin Paws, with no payroll deductions required.
