The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to fostering a thriving economic environment where local businesses and the community prosper. Our mission is to provide value-added services and programs that help businesses succeed in Hartford, Vermont, and build a stronger, more connected community.


Our Vision

We proudly serve the five villages of Hartford, Vermont: Quechee, White River Junction, Hartford Village, West Hartford, and Wilder.


We also extend our membership beyond, to Hanover, Norwich, Woodstock, Hartland, West Lebanon, and Windsor County. Anyone with customers, clients, or an interest in our area is invited to join us.

The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is elected annually from our diverse member businesses, representing a wide range of industries in Hartford, West Hartford, Quechee, White River Junction, and surrounding towns. With decades of combined experience in their respective fields such as retail, hospitality, technology, finance, and non-profit management, our board members are committed to fostering a thriving and sustainable business environment in the Five Villages and beyond.. They work diligently to support local entrepreneurs, advocate for small business growth, and champion community-centered economic development initiatives.
